Personalization in housing means that the residents are able to put their own stamp on the place and make it their own and personal. The approach of data collection was the attitude measurement of the residents and its method was a questionnaire with closed (Likert scale) and open questions. The size of the statistical population was 378 inhabited residential units, and using Cochran's formula, 190 residential units were selected as a sample community. In order to analyze the data, frequency and Pearson's correlation were used with the help of spss analysis software. The lowest level of satisfaction of the residents is related to the similarity of the shape of the units (0.7) and the dimensions of the spaces (1.2) and the most personalization concern is related to the change The dimensions of the spaces were (4.3) and the change and beautification of the block was (3.3). Pearson's correlation tests show that as we move from more public spaces to more private spaces, the mental concern and willingness to participate for change and personalization increases. In public spaces (open spaces and lobbies), the level of participation in personalization is a function of people's satisfaction with the spaces and is very low; In fact, the attraction of space prompts them to participate. This is despite the fact that in private spaces (inside the units), despite the high dissatisfaction with the house, the residents have a great desire to make personal changes in the environment.
